Heterotopic pregnancy (HP) describes the simultaneous presence of two pregnancies at different implantation sites. One is intrauterine and the other is ectopic. It is challenging to diagnose HP. We present a very rare case of HP diagnosed in the first trimester by US and MRI and managed successfully.

Hem-o-lok clips are widely used in laparoscopic surgery. Hem-o-lok clips migration into the bile duct can lead to stone formation and granulation tissue hyperplasia. This report discusses a case wherein four clips migrated into the bile duct after laparoscopic bile duct exploration. The patient successfully underwent laparoscopy and choledocholithotomy.

We report a case of an advanced refractory Gastric AD which responded favourably to a combination regimen of AGI and other chemotherapy agents which were selected on the basis of multi-analyte tumor profiling.
