The vast clinical applicability of rituximab mandates a complete
understanding of its adverse effect profile. We report a case of
non-hodgkin's lymphoma on rituximab therapy progressing to heart
failure. Patients undergoing chemotherapy have multiple comorbidities
and thus astute drug selection and monitoring is imperative.
