Here we describe a 13- year old patient with the presentation of fever
and abdominal pain. He had a history of 2 years headache and seizure. In
MRI, a primary cerebral hydatid cyst was evident. The diagnosis of
hydatid cyst should beconsidered in children with mentioned characters
in endemic regions.
